Green Building Planning and Design
With architectural and green design capabilities, SSDC can design projects with feasible green building schemes while providing green technical solutions. Our design approaches not only emphasize architectural aesthetics and building functionality, but also take ecosystem, energy efficiency, water efficiency, green materials, indoor environmental quality, and low-carbon design into design consideration. We have professionals who specialize in green building, interior design, intelligent building, MEP design. Especially international design award winner architect (affiliated with SSDC through BSA Architects). Our team is also capable of Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) design, and new energy system design including energy storage systems and fuel cell systems which contribute to green energy use in future buildings and help our clients to achieve their carbonneutral goals.
With our one-stop green building total solutions, we consider requirements of green building certification during the design process for projects seeking green building certifications, including the selection of green materials and green energy systems, which help the projects to achieve targeted certification levels.
